The End Product is a customized implementation of the Design Template.
By ordering or using Design Templates, you agree that:
- End Products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Item you purchased.
- You shall not resell the Design Template as a template. You can’t re-distribute for free or resell as a template, even after modifications.
- Neither you nor your client will extract a single component out of a template and use it outside the scope of the End Product.
- You shall not use a Design Template or a single component from a Design Template in a logo, trademark, or service mark.
